In Ferry Farm, Virginia, at the site of the legendary cherry tree story, archaeologists discovered the foundations and cellars of the original George's home. Over the next few years, they will reconstruct the house back to its original floor plan. Some of the artifacts discovered on the site were carnelian beads and wig curlers. That explains the stylish do of our beloved George Washington. Poor George, if he only knew what the new George has done to the value of the dollar that graces his cherry loving face.
