Arlenis Sosa has been on the fast track to becoming a supermodel when she first hit the scene last year. TIME'S Style & Design placed Arlenis front and center on their April cover which is a supplement to TIME. She signed a beauty contract with Lancome within her first year, which is quite unusual for a new model. She was in the much talked about issue of
Italian Vogue, "The Black Issue," shot by Steven Meisel. American Vogue's May issue supposedly has a crew of up and coming models on its cover and hopefully Arlenis will be there or perhaps have her own solo cover soon.
