The Fall issues of Harper's Bazaar and Vogue have hit the news stands. It seems everywhere you look, Harper's Bazaar is teasing it's articles and editorials from cover girl, Tyra Banks, to Rachel Zoe's sizing up, to designers dressed up in their fantasies. Then, there is Vogue with cover girl Kiera Knightly and the editor's letter. Is this a sign that the balances of power are changing?
