Opening Ceremony is having their 72 hour Olympic event in their store in Soho and
Lane Crawford is part of the Olympics in Bejiing. The Hong Kong retailer approached some of the biggest names in fashion to design one-of -a-kind pieces of their take on an Olympic event. The designers that participated are Stefano Pilati for YSL, Phillip Lim 3.1, Alberta Ferretti, Pucci, Costume National, Alexander McQueen, Rick Owens, Givency, Margiela, Burberry Prosourm, Stella McCartney, and Neil Barrett. After being displayed for a couple of months, the designs will be auctioned off and the proceeds will go to UNICEF.
